There are many yogis around the world that sit in caves all day and meditate for world peace, that is their only duty, according to -Sri Dharma Mittra. Therefore, here's an opportunity for us to do the same, even if it's just for 30 minutes. The session description includes; 30 minute of meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy. First 10 minutes focuses on yoga philosphy, with a different theme each week. Second 10 minutes focuses on a variety of breathing techniques used to enhance lung capacity and building psychic strength. Finally, closing with 10 minute meditation with seed (focusing on an object or contemplating on yoga philiosophy reviewed in class). Not only will you give back to another by meditating, but most importantly to yourself. Giving yourself energy for the day, training yourself to focus better, on the now, becoming more self aware, and of course learning the secrets of staying grounded in this busy world.
